Cardiff (Office based, hybrid available after training)
Monday to Friday (10:00 – 15:00)
£11.44 per hour
Temp – Perm Role


Our client is looking for a Call Advisor/Customer Service Representative to join their busy team in Cardiff.


Desirable:
•Legal experience

Duties:
•Taking inbound calls for potential clients seeking conveyancing quotes.
•Dealing with email enquiries and follow up emails and outbound calls to clients where quotes are still pending.

Skills:
•Excellent people and customer service skills.
•Ideally, understanding the conveyancing process but not essential.
•Experience with sales conversion and objection handling.
•Being able to build a good rapport and relationship with the client over the telephone.
•Being proactive in chasing clients via emails and telephone to check if client wants to use us but doing it in a sensitive manner.
•Self-motivator.
