Due to obvious reasons, we haven’t done a Temp of The Month since March. Instead, we have decided to do Temp of The Lockdown and to thank them for all of their hard work with a voucher of their choice. We kindly asked our clients to nominate who they think deserves to win this based on their contribution throughout the whole of lockdown.
Our first Temp of the Lockdown goes to Martin. Our client commented on Martins performance by saying, “Martin has been a great help and has picked things up so quickly we have even moved him to a different department. He has a great telephone manner and a great sense humour, always lifting the mood”.
We also asked Martin a few questions:
-How do you feel about winning Temp of the Lockdown? - I was surprised, flattered and delighted to win Temp of the lockdown.
- What do you like about the company you’re working for? - Even though I am working from home, the company I am working for is very easy-going and supportive. Because I work from home I save three hours a day commuting and £75.00 a week travelling costs.
- What do you enjoy about your current role? - The role I have means that I deal with a wide range of people. I have expanded my software knowledge considerably which could well prove useful in the future. Working a later shift means I can achieve most of the things I want before starting work without waiting for the weekend.
- How would you describe your experience of temping with St David Recruitment Services? - My experience with St David Recruitment has been excellent from the word go. Everyone has been very friendly and professional.
