Sally has a wealth of knowledge within the recruitment industry, having commenced her career in 1991 with a national consultancy. In 1995, Sally was head hunted by a competitor agency to set up their temporary recruitment desk, winning numerous awards for her contribution to the company throughout her 8 years with them. Boasting a wealth of enthusiasm and knowledge within this sector, Sally set up St David Recruitment Services in 2002.
In March 2024, Richard and Rob acquired St David Recruitment Services after successfully co-owning Abatec Recruitment which has been running for 35 years specialising in Civil Engineering, Industrial, IT and Digital recruitment. Sally still remains within St David Recruitment as the Business Development Manager.
