Our client is looking for an experienced professional, Mobile / Telecoms Account Manager to manage and grow their clients. In this dynamic role you’ll put your customers at the heart of your every day.

Experience and Skills:
• 1 year as a successful Mobile Telecoms Account Manager
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and other relevant interfaces.
• Experience in Mobile, Fixed Lines, Hosted, Connectivity, IT Digital Services and
• Demonstrated history of delivering results in strict adherence to specified protocols and procedures, ensuring the highest level of performance.
• Exceptional proficiency in written, verbal, and presentation skills, ensuring clear and impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive customer re-signs, renewals, and retention while minimising churn.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of existing and new customers, primarily focusing on our Mobile, Fixed-line, Internet, Hosted, and Digital IT products.
• Ensure customers are well-informed about the full range of Uplands services, including those beyond their current needs.
• Conduct thorough account mapping to identify existing telecoms services, suppliers, contract end dates, and monthly spend.
• Build and maintain strong, enduring relationships with your customer base.
• Address and resolve customer queries, including issues with handsets, signal, billing, and account-related inquiries.
• Conduct regular reviews of customers' accounts through various communication channels, including telephone, email, Salesforce marketing, and face-to-face/Teams review meetings as needed.
• Understand key partners such as Virgin Media O2, Vodafone, EE, Three and Gamma.
