Account Manager and Telemarketing
Salary – Dependent on experience
Our client is looking for an Account Manager / Telemarketing person to start asap. The successful candidate must be confident on the telephone and have a background of dealing with customers so an excellent telephone manner is essential.
This is a very busy and challenging multi-tasking role which will require excellent communication skills. Candidates should be highly presentable with a high level of self-motivation and be articulate and professional at all times.
Your time initially will be spent learning the basics e.g. studying our client’s products, liaising with their customers on the phone and providing all aspects of administration within the office including: sales order processing, answering telephone enquiries from customers and suppliers, providing quotes, placing orders and liaising with the technical workshop. You will also be involved in maintaining databases and collating data for sales and marketing reports.
You will also work on telemarketing campaigns to promote our products to prospects within our niche market, so you should be highly competent on the phone and have proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role.
Education should be to degree standard or equivalent with at least two or more years relevant experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Fluent Spanish would be a bonus
· Degree educated OR at least two or more year's relevant experience in account management/ telemarketing or telesales/sales role
· Proven telephone and communication skills
· Excellent MS Office Skills
