Salary - £22k per annum
Full Time - Monday-Friday 8:45am – 5:15pm
Own Transport is essential
Our client is looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team on a permanent basis.
• Full UK drivers’ licence with access to own transport, as will be required to travel during work hours occasionally.
• Administration experience (At least 2 years Admin experience)
• Excellent IT skills
• Highly organised
• Excellent communication skills
• An events/hospitality background would be desirable but not essential due to organising occasional company events.
• Support for visa applications/travel documentation
• Guidance on local regulations applicable at a certain point in time
• Arranging Airport/hotel transfers
• Providing transport options (train/bus times/etc)
• Perform other duties as and when requested by the Sales Office Manager
• Arranging refreshments/lunches, to include:
o Taking account of any special dietary requirements/needs
o Ensuring that equipment/supplies are available for use/consumption
o Proactively handling any issues that may occur and troubleshoot any emerging problems that may arise
o Ensuring meeting rooms and kitchen areas are kept clean and tidy before and after use.
