Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious Assistant Bar Manager to oversee and run a busy bar within a luxury hotel.

Essential
•Experienced Bar Manager, within a 4 star high volume environment
•Excellent People Management skills
•Familiar with high service levels within a volume environment
•Familiar with day to day operational challenges
•Be naturally friendly and have a calm manner
•Highly organised
•Motivated with a passion for Hotels & Hospitality
