We are recruiting for someone who is driven to convert warm leads into sales and support the sales team in growing the business, No cold calling involved all outbound efforts and managed digitally to generate inbound leads.
You will be working within a small but successful sales team selling a software based marketing service. The ideal candidate will have experience in a B2B sales role.
Role is based in our Bridgend HQ. Public transport links are great and we are 100 yards from the train station.
Responsibilities
Call warm leads to convert to sales
Use a consultative approach to understand customers needs to sell products
You will be need to hit individual sales targets, on a month-to-month basis
A proactive approach is required in growing your customer base by calling new/existing/cold customers
Providing support to the external sales and sales manager as and when required
Providing excellent customer service at all times
Salary starting at £20,000 per annum rising to £24,000 post probation plus bonuses
