Our client is looking for two Client Sales Agents to join their team.

 

Job purpose

• Create new business opportunities

• Generate new revenue for all sectors of the business – Drugs & Alcohol, Pathology, Forensics, consumables, training, policies etc.

• Create new business leads for the field-based Sales Teams

• Continually create and maintain sales pipelines

• Contribute to the delivery of key marketing programmes/campaigns

 

Duties and responsibilities

• Handle all enquiries with confidence and professionalism

• Deliver accurate advice and guidance to customers, new and existing, via telephone and email

• Provide service quotations for new and existing customers in a timely manner

• Complete relevant details on CRM system to ensure client information is recorded accurately

• Ensure smooth on-boarding of new clients in collaboration with Laboratories, KAMs, Service Delivery, Business Development and Sales Management Teams.

• Work with the Sales & Marketing Teams using data driven insights to proactively inform and educate clients on new service offerings

• Drive client acquisition via quotation and follow up for accounts through telemarketing campaigns

• Actively review client performance and seek opportunities to improve commercial position

• Support field-based Sales Management Team in new client acquisitions and quotations

• Identify opportunities to upsell training, random testing, consumables, and new services

• Work with the Sales & Marketing Manager using data driven insights to proactively inform and educate clients on new service offerings

• Investigate market sectors and create effective pipelines for both D&A and Pathology telemarketing campaigns

• Ensure quality and service excellence with a focus on staff training requirements

• Work with Toxicology and Pathology teams to ensure there is a clear vision on the services provided

• Following up leads and effective engagement with the Regional Sales Managers

• Professionalism when working on your own or as part of a team to ensure a consistent approach to all clients

• Ensuring GDPR regulations are followed at all times
