Client Services Advisor
12-month FTC
Full-time, 40 hours per week
Salary circa £21k per annum, DOE

Our client is searching for an experienced Client Services Advisor to join their busy offices in Abergavenny. The role will involve engaging in day-to-day client support activities in consort with line management, ensuring that the best possible client experience is provided at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle all enquiries with confidence and professionalism
Deliver accurate advice and guidance to customers, new and existing, via telephone and email
Complete relevant CRM systems / spread sheets to ensure client information is recorded accurately Ensure smooth on-boarding of new clients in collaboration with Admin Manager, Service Delivery Team Leader and Sales team
Work with the Sales & Marketing Manager using data driven insights to proactively inform and educate clients on new service offerings
Drive client adoption and follow up for C&D accounts after telemarketing campaigns
Actively review client performance and seek opportunities to improve commercial position
Support Sales team in new client acquisitions and tenders
Collate and submit tender documentation as necessary.
To support in the administration of key account data collection for MI stats, on a regular basis and any ad hoc analysis requests
To create and amend current client accounts on the in-house CRM
To send out monthly annual registration reminders and complete the renewals of annual registration contracts and send out relevant certification
To deal with customer queries accurately and in a timely manner
