This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join an established and expanding business.

Our client is very much people focused and is now looking for an individual who is going to help shape the business and who wants to make a difference.

What you’ll be doing:

·Managing your own caseload from inception to completion whilst working alongside other experienced members of staff supported by more junior paralegals

·Assisting the growth and management of a residential conveyancing team and supervising and mentoring more junior members as they join a growing team

·Developing your skills and knowledge in line with business growth

·Keep up to date on conveyancing developments

·Attending upon clients, both in person and over the telephone, providing support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care

·Organising and managing the preparation of correspondence and documents through the case management system

What you’ll need:


·Must have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in conveyancing and experience of handling your own caseload

·Excellent communication and customer service skills

·A good knowledge of Freehold and Leasehold residential conveyancing transactions including Sales, Purchases, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership and re-mortgages

·IT literacy – Word, Excel and case management software

·Ability to work on own initiative

·Personal qualities of enthusiasm, commitment, and willingness
