Our client is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join them on a full-time basis.
They are looking for the right person to add to their proven track record of providing excellent client care to our clients!
The right candidate will be expected to work closely with the other departments.
The Role
·The role holder will be required to manage a caseload of residential property files from inception to completion.
·You will be responsible for managing relationships with clients throughout their whole transaction.
·You will prepare and draft the necessary correspondence and documents for each transaction utilising existing computer resources
·Liaising with clients, lenders, third party solicitors, estate agents etc. in connection with each matter.
·You will ensure compliance with practices and procedures as defined in the office manual and as required.
·Support by a tailored case management software.
The Person
·You will ideally be 2 years’ post qualified experience as a practicing Conveyancing Solicitor, Fellow Cilex or Licensed Conveyancer.
·Have in depth technical knowledge relating to all types of Residential Conveyancing transactions.
·Significant level of knowledge and experience within the field of conveyancing/
·Be approachable and accessible.
·Strong IT & Systems knowledge.
The Reward
·Salary up to £40,000 – dependent on experience.
