Monday to Friday 10am – 7pm (1 hour lunch) + 1 in 3 Saturdays

Our client is looking for a Customer Sales Agent to join their fast-paced busy team.

Essential
•Excellent / confident telephone manner
•Previous customer service / telephone experience
•Previous sales experience
•Highly self-motivated, ambitious and target-driven
•Resilient with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure with good organisational and time management skills.
•Excellent IT skills and excellent keyboard skills.

Responsibilities
•Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound contact (calls/webchat/email)
•Registering client details and pass to relevant in branch teams to arrange viewings
•Booking property valuations
•Completing administrative tasks for our network of branches, be this building brochures, floor plans, window cards, editing photos or data input
•Working with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
