Customer Service Administrator
£18,500 per annum
Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Our client are experts in all aspects of heating, plumbing, renewable energy, insulation and Smart Meters. They work in partnership with local authorities, businesses and owners of residential and commercial properties. They are seeking a Data Administrator to join their team.
The role will include contacting customers who have identified that they are interested in utilising our client’s services at their property.
You will be required to confirm the customer’s eligibility and take them through the installation process. There will be a requirement to update the company Database with this information. The position will also involve liaising with engineer’s and clients in order to arrange installations.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Experience within Administration
Excellent communication skills
Experience of handling queries on a daily basis
Experience of Microsoft packages
High attention to detail
Experience of handling both inbound and outbound calls
Energy sector experience would be beneficial
