Our client is currently looking to fill a Customer Service Support position to start immediately. The successful candidate must be resilient, lively, energetic, and professional.
Candidates must be data accurate and able to empathise with customers. The role involves taking and processing orders so the right candidate must have excellent IT skills and have excellent knowledge of all MS packages.
The successful candidate must always have the ability to remain calm, provide the very best in support and service both on the telephone and via email. They must go the extra mile and be an ambassador for our client’s business. We are looking for an excellent communicator, both externally and internally.
