Our client is an established family business achieving exceptional growth. They are focused on helping businesses achieve their environmental sustainability goals and make recycling and hygiene at work easy.
They are now looking for an energetic, proactive and forward-thinking Customer Service Executive with at least 2 years’ experience of serving customers within an office-based role. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be an important member of the Operations team responsible for providing exceptional communication and service levels to ensure an excellent customer experience and great customer happiness.
You will be required to process orders & respond to customer emails, provide first line response to inbound phone calls, answer all customer questions regarding orders, respond with proof of deliveries, and prepare quotations for sales team for stocked products.
About you;
You will be a team-player and a self-starter with high attention to detail. You will be flexible and have strong organisational skills especially in regard to meeting deadlines and completing tasks. You will be resilient with a positive “Can Do” attitude to your job and your life.
You will have excellent communication skills and IT capabilities, in particular Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel. You will be willing to continuously improve your work and the processes you follow as part of the company’s Lean drive.
This role requires a person who is confident in their capabilities, is prepared to contribute 100% effort and work outside of their comfort zone to achieve the company targets and is looking to grow their career with a dynamic company.
