Our client is searching for an outstanding Events Agent to join their bustling Sales and Revenue team.
Essential
·You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
·You will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment whilst retaining a sense of calm under pressure.
·A natural ability to build rapport and an excellent telephone manner, you will be confident explaining all product options.
·A positive outlook, a good eye for detail and being IT literate (Opera) is a must for this role.
·You will be a top multitasker with a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure.
·Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Job role
·You will manage the corporate relations team with the execution of corporate client events.
·To produce all event orders for familiarisation trips, events, exhibitions and VIP Site Visits arranged by Corporate Relations Managers.
·To liaise and deliver on all communication with senior management on all detail and arrangements.
·To fully organise the events and produce detailed Event orders and ultimately manage the event when on site.
·To be creative and inventive about new ideas for FAMS to ensure we are ahead of our competitors.
·To manage the team logistics of the events/exhibitions/roadshows, from uniform, travel, accommodation, and anything else required.
·To be responsible for generating reports from Delphi as requested by corporate relations managers.
·Ensure the office is fully equipped and supported to facilitate the CRM’s and Sponsorship being field based, helping to achieve over C&B sales budget.
