Our client are seeking to recruit a Family Solicitor experienced in family and childcare law and care proceedings (both public and private).
Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
Advocacy, verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to work towards targets and tight deadlines
Knowledge of CCMS
Excellent IT skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage case files in accordance with Lexcel Standard/Legal Aid Agency
Support and advise clients of the firm either in Court or the office
Manage and run a busy and varied caseload
Carry out advocacy in relevant Courts
