The firm are now looking for someone to join their successful and well-established Human Resources team.
Reporting to the HR Director and HR Manager, this is a generalist Advisor role. It’s a brilliant opportunity for someone who is looking to join an organisation which can offer them a genuine opportunity for growth, development and inclusion.
Duties will include:
•Recruitment of all levels to include drafting adverts and jobs descriptions, shortlisting and conducting interviews
•Disciplinary investigations and hearings
•Absent management to include occupational health referrals
•Advice and guidance to managers and heads of department
•Drafting letters, reports, policies, and procedures
•Management information reporting
•Responding to HR queries
•As part of the team ensuring that the monthly payroll is accurate
•Providing support with restructures, acquisitions, and mergers
