​Insurance Sales Advisor
Cardiff Central (hybrid working available)
£22k - £26k DOE + annual bonus
9am – 5pm Mon to Fri, with one late shift of 11am – 7pm to be worked Mon – Thurs + 2 x Saturday mornings per month

Our client are a leading provider of vehicle financing and insurance solutions. They pride themselves on their friendly and flexible culture, as well as their drive for continuous improvement. They now have an opportunity for a number of Insurance Sales Advisors to join their team in their state-of-the-art offices, based in Cardiff City Centre.

As an Insurance Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service to all of our client’s customers and where appropriate, promote their insurance products with due consideration given to all applicable regulation. This role is very important to our client, you will provide a first-class service to all new customers and act as the first point of contact.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Carrying out customer welcome calls with day to day use of a dialler system
• Checking and confirming all customer details and promoting additional customer benefits
• Promoting our client’s insurance products in line with the customer needs and regulatory requirements
• You will be the first point of contact for new customers, ensuring that all customers receive the best possible customer experience
Skills & Experience Required:
• Sales experience, within a call centre environment would be desirable
• The ability to show resilience within a heavily targeted role
• Excellent customer service skills
• An eye for detail and strong accuracy skills
• The ability to adapt in a changing environment
• To be a highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to challenges
• Working experience in a regulated environment would be desirable
