Cardiff Gate (Office based during training period and hybrid working available once fully trained – 2 days in office / 3 days at home)
Salary - £22,500 (Increasing to £25k following successful probation) + bonus (OTE £30k - £34k)
Hours – 9am – 5pm (30 min lunch)

Our client is looking for an Internal Recruiter to join their busy team in Cardiff Gate.

Essential
• Recruitment experience
• Experience within the property industry is desirable but not essential
• Strong customer service skills
• A team player, with experience in creating and maintaining relationships with your colleagues
• Experience managing your own workload
• Diary management
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong administrative skills
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal KPI’s
• Minimum Requirement 5 GCSES C or above (including Maths and English)

Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, branch managers, and all other colleagues
• Responding to all candidates, and giving them the best recruitment experience possible
• Screening CV’s, conducting initial contact calls, and conducting the following telephone interviews
• Arranging and scheduling both face to face, and virtual interviews
• Advertising all vacancies using the relevant job boards
• Arranging and participating in recruitment events, assessment days, and job fairs
• Build relationships with external agencies to work together on those hard-to-fill roles
