IT Solutions Advisor
Full-time, Monday to Friday

The firm are now looking for someone to join their Learning & Development team.
You will be responsible for the production of learning media to support the roll out of new and existing IT systems and will coach users to support them to use the systems effectively.
You must have a background in IT/L&D (preferably both) and ideally have experience of producing e-learning materials within Adobe Captivate or similar. You will need to work closely with the IT department to understand new updates/systems and communicate them to the end user. Candidates will need to be experienced with Office applications (Office 365) and preferably understand document/case management systems.
You will also be required to work one-to-one with senior members of staff to support them using IT systems effectively and efficiently. You will need to be professional and have a friendly/approachable manner to effectively coach the users and support them and work with staff at varied levels throughout the firm.
Duties will include:
•Production of video and other media to provide e-learning internally.
•Floorwalking on roll out dates to provide on the spot support to users.
•One-to-one coaching with senior staff.
•Just in time remote support for users with IT issues/learning needs.
•Delivering group sessions both remotely and face to face.
•Conduct learning needs analysis.
•Design, create and deliver blended learning solutions.
•Evaluate learning solutions regularly and update as required.
•Background in IT and Learning and Development
•Experience of producing e-learning materials with Adobe Captivate or Similar
•Experienced in the use of Adobe 365
•Understand document / case management systems
•Friendly and approachable manner
