Learning & Development Advisor
Cardiff City Centre
Salary - £28 - £35k per annum DOE
Hybrid working - 2/3 days in the office
Permanent
Hours of work – 37.5 hours
Travelling to different sites monthly will be required to locations such as London/Manchester/Southampton

Our client, a Top 100 Law Firm, are looking for a Learning & Development professional, who has developed and delivered training across a wide range of areas, to join their L&D Team, based at their head office in Cardiff City Centre.

Essential
•Experience of developing and delivering training across a wide range of area.
•Must be able to travel to other offices, such as London/Manchester/Southampton
•Understanding of the professional service environment
•Experience of dealing with key stakeholders
•Great attention to detail
•Personable, confident with great presentation skills
•An elevated level of general PC literacy (with systems such as Windows 10 and Microsoft Office)
•Experience of law specific software such as iManage and Visualfiles is advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities
•Designing e- learning and leading learning projects
•Manage and deliver the interpersonal skills induction programme
•Manage staff upskilling for interpersonal and behavioural skills
•Manage and deliver the in-house Leadership Development Program
•Manage and deliver any training related to interpersonal of behavioural skills development
•Update the LMS system
•Provide ad hoc support and coaching on any interpersonal or behavioural needs
•Identify interpersonal and behaviour skill training needs
•Develop new training sessions
•Deliver annual refresher training
•Review and update current training programs and materials as required
