£38,850 plus car allowance

Homebased with travel

Our client is looking for an experienced Engineer to join their Membership Development team in the Northwest & North of England.

Essential Skills
•     Educated to degree level or equivalent, experience in civil engineering, customer service, learning and development
•     Previous business development experience would be advantageous
•     You will have previous exposure to liaising with a wide audience of people
•     Attention to detail and the ability to turn technical material into non-technical outputs
•     The ability to work alone and as part of a multi-functional team
•     Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•     Ability to prepare and deliver presentations
•     Strong IT skills
•     There will be a need to work outside “normal office hours”

Role and Responsibilities
•     Membership Support – providing advice and guidance to members and non-members
•     Employer Support – providing advice and guidance to employers on professional development
•     Further Education and Higher Education establishments – advising FE and HE students
•     Membership growth – undertaking activities to promote and grow membership
•     Business development - developing and marketing activities
•     Working closely with the Membership Manager, existing MDOs, Membership Support Centre and Membership areas to ensure a consistency of approach.
•     Ensuring that membership records are up to date
