Full time 40 hours per week

St David Recruitment Services are pleased to be Recruiting on behalf of a leading private provider of short term accommodation and support services in the public sector.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure all accommodation is clean and fit for purpose.

  • Remove rubbish to a suitable place and arrange collection.

  • Carry-out minor defect rectification as directed.

  • To ensure company procedures are adhered to and all cleaning and defect records are completed and up to date.

  • Other duties as deemed reasonable by the Head of Property Services. 

TEAM WORKING

  • Meeting your own Key Performance Objectives

  • Liaise regularly with line manager and team members.

  • Attending team and other staff meetings.

  • Supporting new team members during on-the-job training.

  • Provide cover for other staff as agreed by line manager.

 

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

  • Pursuing personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and in accordance to agreed Personal Development Plan.

  • Monitor own work levels, progress and development

  • Make recommendations in regard to operational issues and enhancements.

  • Undertake all core training and development program's as required.

  • Any other duties within the scope of responsibility and ability, as required, inclusive of providing similar support to any other local company project.
