We currently have a great opportunity to join our client based on the outskirts of Cardiff as a full time Administrator.
.Salary up to £22K
Main duties to include:
Processing of New Business applications
Professional Support to the Financial Planners, Paraplanners and the business in general via the processing of administrative tasks.
Chase providers for policy information
Checking policy information once received, uploading to back office system & and pass to relevant Planner New Business processing: •
Checking all applications are fully completed, dated and signed.
Adding information to database along with fees and commissions. •
Processing applications to Providers/Lenders and Solicitors.
Dealing with any queries from clients and /or Providers and Financial Planners
The successful candidate will ideally have administration experience, GCSE Grades A-C in Mathematics and English, and have excellent IT and Keyboard skills, be accurate, a good communicator and possess an excellent telephone manner.
