Professional Support administrator
Salary up to £22K
We currently have a great opportunity to join our client based on the outskirts of Cardiff as a full time Administrator.
Main duties to include
· Processing of New Business applications
· Professional Support to the Financial Planners, Paraplanners and the business in general via the processing of administrative tasks.
· Chase’s providers for policy information
· Checking policy information once received, uploading to back-office system & and pass to relevant Planner New Business processing
· Checking all applications are fully completed, dated and signed.
· Adding information to database along with fees and commissions.
· Processing applications to Providers/Lenders and Solicitors.
· Dealing with any queries from clients and /or Providers and Financial Planners
· The successful candidate will ideally have administration experience, GCSE Grades A-C in Mathematics and English, and have excellent IT and Keyboard skills, be accurate, a good communicator and possess an excellent telephone manner.
