37.5hrs per week - Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00 (30 mins lunch)
25 days holiday + birthday (+ bank holidays)

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

To assist the project team with the coordination of resources, product availability, equipment, transport, and information to complete a customer’s project on time, within budget and to the customer’s satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be organised, have great communication skills and customer service experience.

KEY OBJECTIVES OF ROLE:

•Organising projects
•Planning/scheduling client surveys and compiling survey notes provided by surveyor for various team members
•Compiling customers project files and keeping them updated
•Assisting sales/survey colleagues administratively to get order confirmed and take deposit payment
•Assist Design & Technical Director with scheduling projects for install
•Liaising with suppliers and sub-contractors to agree availability and book resources
•Monitor progress and keep team advised and updated of any changes
•Provide great customer service

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

•Decisive with good judgement
•Ability to use own initiative to problem solve
•At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role
•Solid organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
•Resilient with “can-do” approach
•Excellent communication skills, including relationship building with individuals across the business
•Highly computer literate with experience of Microsoft Office and ideally Salesforce CRM and Sage
•Ability to work quickly, accurately and to deadlines, using a logical and methodical approach
