Receptionist / Administrator

Cardiff

Salary – £9.50 per hour

Full Time Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30pm

Temp to Perm

 

Our client is looking for a temporary Lettings Receptionist / Administrator to start asap. The successful candidate will need to have an excellent telephone manner, be able to use their own initiative and prioritise workload.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Front of House/Admin experience

  • Meeting and greeting customer

  • Answering and transferring calls

  • Booking viewings

  • Checking documents such as ID and utility bills

  • Scanning and filing

  • Processing invoices

 

Desirable

  • Lettings experience

  • Welsh speaking
