Full Time - Monday to Friday (to include working one in four Saturdays), or four weekdays along with Saturdays (weekdays 9.00am to 5.30pm and the Saturday being 9.00am to 4.00pm).

Our client in Swansea is looking for a Residential Lettings Consultant to join their team.

Essential

• Previous customer service experience is required

• Previous experience working at an estate agent

• Competent time management and prioritising skills

• Full driving license essential for the role.

Main Responsibilities:

• Comply with the company standard procedures and all statuary legislative and regulatory requirements affecting the lettings industry.

• Helping fellow team members to assist in all processes from enquiry through to a tenant's occupation.

• Carrying out accompanied viewings and liaising between landlord and tenant.

• The negotiation of new tenancies, securing new tenancies.

• Rapport building with prospective tenants, prospecting, and landlord engagement.

• Carrying out comprehensive inventory schedules and condition reports.

• Pro-activeness demonstrating skills to retain and build client base.
