Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious Restaurant Manager to oversee and run the daily food and beverage operation within a luxury hotel.

Essential
• Experienced Restaurant Manager, within a 4 or 5 star environment
• Excellent People Management skills
• Familiar with high service levels within a volume environment
• Familiar with day to day operational challenges
• Be naturally friendly and have a calm manner
• Highly organised
• Motivated with a passion for Hotels & Hospitality
• Qualified to Diploma level or equivalent
