Sales Administrator / Telemarketing (Fluent German)

Our client are a small privately owned company based in Cardiff that manufacturers digital driving controls for disabled drivers worldwide. They are the global market leader in their field.

This is a very busy multi-tasking role which requires excellent communication skills. Candidates should be highly presentable, educated to degree level with a high level of self-motivation, and be articulate and professional at all times.

 

Your time initially will be spent learning the basics e.g. studying our client’s products, liaising with their UK customers on the phone and providing all aspects of administration within the office including: sales order processing, answering telephone enquiries from customers and suppliers, providing quotes, taking, placing and organising the dispatch of orders including packing and liaising with the technical workshop. You will also be involved in maintaining databases and collating data for sales and marketing reports.

Once competent in the above duties, you will take on responsibility under the guidance of sales management for the day to day account management of our client’s German and foreign customer base, as well as work on telemarketing campaigns to promote their products within our client’s niche market. While this is not a sales role, you should be highly competent on the phone and have proven experience in a sales or telemarketing role.

Education should be to degree standard or equivalent, with at least two year’s relevant experience and fluent in spoken and written German and English to a business level.

The role will include training by the Office Manager, Senior Sales Administrator and Sales and Marketing Director.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent German and English– written and conversational to a business level.

  • Degree educated

  • At least two year's relevant experience in account management/ telemarketing or telesales role

  • Excellent telephone and communication skills

  • Excellent MS Office Skills.

  • Own transport is essential
