Full-time, 40 hrs/wk (to include weekends on rota basis)
£20K basic, OTE £35-40K uncapped commission
Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality wellness products, managing the whole process from design and production to sales and delivery. Their company values focus on quality without compromise. They are looking for 3 Sales Advisors to join their expanding team.
Sales Advisor Main Duties:
Selling products to customers; who come in the showroom, from inbound calls generated from marketing and social media sites as well as online accounts with eBay and Amazon.
Processing orders and informing each customer of the progress.
Ensuring all finance paperwork is completed and signed in the relevant time periods.
Maintaining records on CRM system.
Updating social media sites where required.
The ideal candidate will:
Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in both face to face and telephone-based sales role.
Have proven experience of working with CRM systems and MS office. Sales Force would be advantageous but not essential.
Possess proven negotiation skills.
Be able to build rapport with potential customers.
Have proven skills in upselling.
Be self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
Be able to work as part of a team but also individually
Have worked to KPI’s in previous roles.
Hold a degree or equivalent in any field.
Salary for this role is £20,000 basic with £35,000-£40,000 OTE, however this is not capped and a strong salesperson could earn in excess of this over the year.
Working hours are on a rota basis including weekends totalling 40 hours per week.
