Sales Leads Executive
Caerphilly (Office Based)
Permanent, Full time (hours can be flexible)
Salary – £25k – £30k DOE, + annual bonus!

Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing Leads Executive to join their growing team. Ideally the successful candidates need B2B sales experience but candidates who are confident, hungry and eager to grow the business will be considered.

Essential Skills –
•2+ years’ experience in high growth B2B (Preferably in a lead generator position)
•Resilient and tenacious attitude to deliver on KPIs
•Experience in communicating vision, strategy, marketing KPIs and forecasts to teammates and key stakeholders.
•Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
•Competency with Systems: Excel, Outlook and other web- based platforms
•Experience in a new business environment
•Strong knowledge and understanding of lead generation methods and tactics.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
•Ability to build rapport with prospects through effective communication techniques.
•Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Proficiency in using CRM software and other lead generation tools.
•Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

Role and Responsibilities
•Define the persona of our target audiences and become the expert in their profile
•Explore, target and approach our target audience through a number of different communication channels such as online, social media, trade / PR events, webinars etc.
•Identifying and researching key decision makers in target organisations
•Skillfully qualify potential sales opportunities and capturing key business intelligence
•Responsible for weekly marketing reporting
•Executive (SPE) on weekly lead generation programs
•You'll develop new strategies to increase engagement and results across the marketing, sales, and customer journey to drive acquisition efforts, deepen engagement.
•Work closely with SPE to build tight feedback loops to optimize efforts across the funnel
•Research and identify potential target customers
•Develop and execute strategies to generate leads
•Actively engage with prospects to build relationships
•Ensure smooth handover of qualified leads for further sales process.
•Provide regular reports and updates on lead generation activities, performance metrics, and key insights to internal stakeholders.
