Our client are a small privately owned company based in Cardiff that manufacturers digital driving controls for disabled drivers worldwide. They are the global market leader in their field.
This is a very busy key role which requires excellent communication and multi-tasking skills and candidates should be educated to degree level. You must be highly organised, have a high degree of self-motivation and be articulate and professional at all times. You
must have a clear speaking voice in English, an excellent telephone manner and proven experience in customer services or tele-marketing/sales.
Much of your time initially will be spent learning the basics e.g. studying our products, liaising with our UK customers on the phone and providing all aspects of administration within the office including: sales order processing, answering telephone enquiries from
customers and suppliers, providing quotes, taking, placing and organising the dispatch of orders, liaising with the technical workshop, and providing accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records. After becoming proficient in the general duties above, you will take on responsibility for liaising with our small German customer base.
Education should be to degree standard or equivalent with at least two year’s relevant experience and fluent written and conversational German. The role will include training by our client's office manager, senior sales administrator and sales and marketing director.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Fluent German – written and conversational
At least two year's relevant experience
Excellent telephone and communication skills
Excellent MS Office Skills and Adobe Creative suite skills e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator etc. a bonus.
