Our client based in Abercynon are looking for two qualified Conveyancers to join their growing team.
Essential Skills
• Educated to a degree level
• Completion of LPC
• Current valid practicing certificate
• 2 years minimum experience of residential conveyancing
• Strong IT skills with the ability to use internal CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure
Role and Responsibilities
• Dealing with all legal matters regarding Conveyancing
• Ensure all conveyancing work is accurate, effective and legally compliant
• Provide information and assistance to junior members of the team
• Provide regular updates and clear information to clients
• Effectively manage your own caseload and that of the support staff
• Put the client at the heart of what you do
• Develop new and manage existing client, estate agent and mortgage broker relationships
• Be responsible for the effective and timely management of billing
