An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sous Chef to join the team at our clients’ kitchens. Successful candidates will have a passion for working with fresh, Welsh ingredients and be keen to put forward seasonal menu ideas.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sous Chef you will answer directly to the senior chefs in the brigade as well as lead the junior members. We will guide and help you further your career and skills, whilst learning our menu with the aim of progressing to any senior positions that become available throughout our clients’ venues.
Stock control and rotation
Maintaining high levels of Food hygiene
Filling out daily records
Maintaining a clean, safe and friendly working environment.
Cooking and serving food consistently and to company specification
Preparing a wide variety food in a timely manner
