Our Client is looking to hire a Technical Writer to join their team. The Candidate will be expected to work closely with relevant Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Operators, the Technical Writer is expected to create and update documentation such as Work Instructions, SOPs, Batch protocol, and ensure they are complete, accurate, and fit for purpose.
Duties and Responsibilities
·Act as first line support for documentation requests
·Working closely with production and other SMEs to ensure documents are complete, accurate, and fit for purpose.
·Minimum education to A Level standard, However, a scientific degree is desirable
·Experience in writing instructional documentation such as Work instructions and SOPs is essential.
·Experience in a global regulated environment with a sound understanding of quality system requirements.
·Must have software and technical skills, All Microsoft Office applications (Q-Pulse or other electronic QMS Software is an advantage)
·Self-motivated, Confident and flexible working attitude within an environment that has quickly changing priorities, and deadlines to satisfy customers both internal and external to the organisation.
·Must be organised and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a good attention to detail.
