Our client a is looking for an experienced Typist / Administrative Assistant
to join their busy and expanding Legal Firm in Cardiff.
Essential experience and skills: • Experienced legal typist
• Experience of Digital dictation system
• Experience of Case management system – SOS
• Experience Opening and closing of files.
Responsibilities and Duties: • Provide typing support for the Litigation and Employment fee earners.
• You will be required to undertake general typing of letters and legal documents via digital dictation to include preparation of briefs to Counsel and other Court documentation.
• Putting together and up-dating trial bundles.
• Printing out of e-mail documents and putting these on the relevant file.
• File opening and closing and other administrative duties.
• Take and accurately relay messages and be familiar with and competent in the use of the telephone system.
