37.5hr a week on Monday to Saturday –
Day shifts: 8am – 4pm, 9am - 5pm, 10am – 6pm.

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor / Booker to join their busy Sales Team.

We are looking for:
An excellent telephone manner
IT Literate / confident
Sales or Customer Service experience
Top multitasker
Thrive in a fast-paced environment
Deliver exceptional customer service

What you'll do:
Take internal calls to make reservations and bookings
Use upselling techniques and build customer rapport
Provide excellent customer service and always remain calm under pressure
You will be the first point of contact for any sales calls, always exceeding customer expectations
Use your excellent IT skills to book services and products on multiple platforms
