Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Sales / Case Manager to join their busy and enthusiastic Sales Team, on a permanent basis.

Essential:
•Ideally you will have experience in a similar sales environment.
•Excellent communication, numeracy and interpersonal skills.
•Resilience and determination.
•Negotiation skills and the ability to resolve issues.

Job description:
•Conversion of leads into claims.
•Understand customer requirements, handle objections and manage the claims process.
•Communicate with tax team, clients, and other interested parties.
•Go the 'extra mile' to meet targets and facilitate future sales.
•Work as part of a team.
•Use CRM to keep accurate records of client engagements and claim progress.
