Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, motivated and ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee and run the daily food and beverage operation within a hotel.

Essential
•Experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager / Supervisor, within a 4 or 5 star environment
•Excellent People Management skills
•Familiar with high service levels within a volume environment
•Familiar with day to day operational challenges
•Be naturally friendly and have a calm manner
•Highly organised
•Motivated with a passion for Hotels & Hospitality
•Qualified to Diploma level or equivalent
