Our client is looking for a Business Systems and Performance Officer to join them.
Job Purpose:
Support the ongoing work in the development of the Social Services Information Systems Welsh Community Care Information System (WCCIS).
Support the performance management frameworks in social care by providing accurate and timely performance information.
Drive service improvement, assist in managing change and support operational practice through developing and improving business processes.
