Finance Executive Cardiff £12.63 - £14.83 per hour DOE 2 days per week (flexible to days) Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm (can be flexible) Temporary position
Our client in Cardiff is looking for a Finance Executive to join their team on a temporary basis. The position may go permanent for the right candidate.
Essential •Experience with online account software •At least 1 years’ experience of working in a UK accountancy department •Excellent attention to detail •Excellent organisational skills and time management skills •Ambitious and highly motivated •Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Excel
Desirable •Ability to drive and access to a car •Experience of Xero accountancy software •Experience within an accountancy construction department
Responsibilities •Liaising with staff, colleagues and clients with regards to day-to-day practices. •Maintain organised and accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and other financial transactions. •Posting invoices, reconciling bank and preparing journals such as accruals, prepayments and depreciation. •Reconciliation of invoices, bills, payments in Xero to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded. •Preparing and checking ledger balances. •Work flexibly in line with the needs of the business to ensure the safe delivery of our service.
