St David Recruitment Services are excited to working in collaboration with a leading estate and letting agency in Cardiff. As a direct result of an extended period of growth, they are looking for an experienced Lettings Administrator to join their team.
**Previous lettings experience is essential for this position**
The Lettings Administrator will join a busy team on a full-time, permanent basis which includes every other Saturday (time off in lieu). The successful candidate needs to be personable with good customer care skills. The role requires someone with a hard-working and proactive attitude, who is computer literate and adaptable to change. Must be able to work under pressure both within a group and on their own, punctual and show initiative.
Main duties of the role include:
• Creating lettings files
• Progressing the relevant tenancy paperwork
• Providing general support for the lettings department
• Managing the key log for lettings viewings.
Salary will be between £18,000 and £20,000 dependent on experience.
Hours will be 0900 to 1730 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday from 0900 to 1600. When
working a Saturday, the successful candidate will have one day off during the week
