Essential
•Paralegal Experience
•Law/GDL Graduate
•Experience in commercial property would be desirable but not essential
•Highly Organised
•Excellent Administration Skills
•Excellent IT Skills
Job Description
•Assisting with producing reports on title
•Summarising lengthy and sometimes complex title documents and leases into shorter digestible documents in language that our clients will understand
•Reviewing conveyancing searches
•Planning documentation (planning permissions and S106 Agreements) raising appropriate enquiries with third parties.
