Responsible for providing a day to day support for Company Director, Recruitment Consultants, and Finance Manager to contribute to the smooth running of the office. Providing a professional recruitment function to clients and candidates alike.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment Admin:
Filtering and vetting of CVs
Requesting references from employers (written and verbal)
Creating and advertising jobs on Job Boards and Job Centre website – keeping jobs boards / current vacancies up to date
Schedule registration interview diary for the team. Keeping consultants updated on appointments / cancellations / no-shows
Handling client / candidate enquiries
Undertake administration duties to support all Consultants, Directors and Finance Manager
Posting on social media and advertising all jobs on there
Collect timesheets every week and ensure everything is ready for payroll.
