Sales Advisor
Cowbridge (home based or hybrid working)
£18,000 to £22,000 DOE - OTE (£40K)
Monday – Friday (Part time working also available)

Our client is looking for a permanent Sales Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

Essential Skills:
• One year plus experience in a sales role
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good written English
• Confident in the use of IT (MS office suite)
• Ability to present information to others using a variety of media (telephone, online, face to face)
• Experience of negotiation and/or working with senior decision makers
• Excellent organisational and time management skills

Job Responsibilities:
• Selling products to potential customers using a variety of media
• Profiling potential customers and managing leads
• Managing the sales pipeline through the sales process life cycle
• Providing online demos of the product suite
• Producing quotes and contracts, and processing successful sales orders using our CRM system, Salesforce
• Collaborating with other teams to achieve the best outcome for the customer
• Developing effective relationships and communication channels with clients
• Working with the team to achieve personal, team and company objectives
