Sales and Lettings Administrator
Radyr, Cardiff
Salary - £23,000 to £25,000
Monday to Saturday – working every other Saturday
Permanent Role
Full Time


Our client in Radyr, Cardiff is looking for a friendly and client focused, Sales Administrator to join their growing and expanding business on a permanent basis.


Essential Skills
•Drivers licence and own car
•A positive and friendly manner
•Customer and client focused
•Administration and sales experience
•Weekend availability

Responsibilities
•To communicate effectively and professionally with vendors, buyers and solicitors
•To deliver an outstanding client experience
•Sales progression
•Great customer and client service
•Keeping up to date with the local residential housing market
•Update and maintain website, online portals and social media
•Book viewings, market appraisals and diary management
•Effectively use the Microsoft office system. Training will be given on other property software and online portals
•Conduct viewings and share feedback to vendors
•EPC assessor training
