Full-time, 35hrs/wk 9.30am-5pm Monday – Friday

We are working in collaboration with an exciting national company with international status, driving performance and artistic quality within the arts in Wales and England.
Reporting to the HR Manager, we are currently seeking a generalist Human Resources Advisor that is fluent in Welsh to ensure the delivery of effective HR service to meet Company and HR strategic objectives.
The HR Advisor will support the HR function by managing day to day operational HR activities.
Involving all aspects of operational HR, duties will include but not limited to:
•Recruitment and selection
•Employee relations
•Provide assistance on wider HR projects
Essential:
•Fluent Welsh speaker
•Previous HR experience providing an effective and professional HR service
•The ability to communicate at all levels to meet customer expectations
•Outstanding attention to detail
•Excellent time management
•Workload prioritisation
•Analytical skills
•Previous HR generalist, advisory and trade union experience
•CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum)
•The ability to communicate fluently through the medium of both English and Welsh is deemed essential for this role.
Desirable:
· Previous experience using iTrent system
